This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Dseconds AV Tools PRO subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Every Dseconds plugin has a free edition. We strongly encourage you to download and test the FREE version inside SketchUp before purchasing a PRO subscription, so you can confirm the workflow fits your needs. The FREE editions are available at no cost and never expire.
If you are not satisfied with a PRO subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No technical justification is required — if the tool isn't right for you within that window, we'll refund it.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address used at purchase, or use your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
After the first 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal: cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again after cancelling.
Renewal payments (the automatic annual charges after your first year) are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date via the LemonSqueezy customer portal. We recommend cancelling at least a few days before the renewal date to be safe.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not affected by it. Where the law grants you a stronger or longer right, that stronger right prevails.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, licence sharing, or breach of the Terms & Conditions (for example, redistributing or reverse-engineering the Software). Refunds also do not apply to the FREE editions, which carry no charge.
