If a licence key will not activate, tell us the email address you used at purchase. Please do not send the full key by email; the last four characters are enough for us to find it.

Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. Invoices and subscription management live in your LemonSqueezy customer portal. For refund requests and billing questions see the Refund Policy, or write to [email protected].
A note on load and structural data. Figures shown in our plugins come from published manufacturer catalogue data. They are a design aid, not a structural calculation. Final rigging, load and structural suitability must be verified against manufacturer documentation and by a qualified professional where required.
